What Can I Expect From My Visit to the Dispensary?
What Do I Need to Bring with Me?
When you arrive at the dispensary, you will be greeted by a friendly member of our security team who will escort you to the front desk for check-in.
Our Check-In Process
At the front desk, you will need to show two items:
- The same proof of identification your physician used to enter you in the Patient Registry. This is either your Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport.
IMPORTANT Please be sure that the ID you present is the same one you used when you visited your referring physician.
- Proof of your Ohio Medical Marijuana Patient Registration by either form:
- Present your printed card, or…
- Log in to the Patient Registry on your phone or tablet to show your registration.
Can I Bring My Medical Card with Me on My Phone or Tablet?
Yes. Patients may show their medical marijuana card on their phone or tablet though your email. Patients may also print out their card and bring in their physical copy
Can I Bring Someone with Me?
Only Ohio registered patients and caregivers are allowed in the dispensary. All other guests will need to be approved by the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
Do I Need to Fill Out Any Other Forms During My First Visit?
Yes. When a first time patient visits one of our dispensaries, they are required to fill out a new patient intake form. The information on this form is then populated into our system and input into OARRS (Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System).
After the patient’s (or caregiver’s) information has been input, one of our Patient Consultants will escort the patient or caregiver back into the dispensary, one at a time. Our patients’ privacy and care is of the greatest importance to us, and Terrasana offers one-on-one patient consulting as well as a private consultation room.

I’ve Never Used Marijuana. Is There Someone in the Store That Can Help Me?
Terrasana welcomes all patients. Patients are welcome to a one-on-one consultation with any of our trained Patient Consultants whether they have been a lifelong cannabis user or are brand new to this type of alternative medicine. Our Patient Consultants are friendly, knowledgable, and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
