Do I need an appointment to visit the dispensary?
Terrasana does not require an appointment to visit our Ohio dispensaries. We accept registered medical marijuana patients on a first-come, first-served basis.
NOTE: As part of Terrasana’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are encouraging all patients & caregivers to take advantage of our Online Ordering and Call-Ahead Pre-Order services. These minimal-contact processes help us provide the safest experience for our patients, caregivers, and staff.
We strongly encourage Columbus and Cleveland medical marijuana patients & caregivers to use this service.

When you visit the dispensary you may request a consultation in our private room. Upon request, we provide a one-to-one Patient-to-Consultant ratio to assure personalized, individualized care for each patient’s needs.
